Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 10, 2026. This policy covers the iQStax iPhone and Android apps (version 1.0), the marketing website at myiqstax.com, and the web beta at iqstax.netlify.app. Two Three Ventures, LLC operates iQStax. Contact info@myiqstax.com with privacy questions. The Android app is available on Google Play. The iPhone app is available on the App Store.

Information stored in the apps

No iQStax account or email address is required to use the current app. The name you enter is a local profile label, not an online account. The app stores information you choose to enter on your device: your name, medications and other items, inventory, doses, injection sites, schedules, weight, mood, notes, settings, and selected progress photos. These records support your tracking, history, reminders, and backups. The app uses local app storage and does not upload these records to an iQStax server or provide iQStax cloud sync.

The current app does not access Apple Health or HealthKit, collect your location or contacts, or include advertising or third-party marketing analytics. We do not sell your personal information or use your health records for advertising.

Store trials and purchases

Apple or Google Play processes subscriptions and provides purchase, trial eligibility, and subscription status to the app. An eligible 14-day trial starts only after you choose a plan and confirm through the store, and automatically renews unless canceled. We do not receive your payment card details. Your tracking entries and photos are not included in purchase requests. Subscription records are separate from local tracking backups and remain managed by the store after app deletion.

Photos, camera, and notifications

When you choose to take or select a photo, the app uses the camera or system photo picker for that action. If you choose Scan label, label text is recognized on your device. The scanned label image is not uploaded or saved by that feature. Photos saved in your progress gallery remain in local app storage unless you export or share them. You can control applicable camera and photo permissions in your device settings.

With your permission, the app schedules local dose and inventory notifications. Notifications may contain item names and appear on your Lock Screen or connected devices according to your device settings. You can disable reminders in the app, and control notification permissions and previews in your device settings. Reminders do not require sending your tracking records to an iQStax server.

Backups, exports, and sharing

You can export a backup containing your records, settings, and stored photos. The app prepares a temporary file on your device and opens the system share sheet. Backup files contain personal information and are not password-protected by iQStax. Save them only to a destination you trust. Files you save to iCloud Drive, another cloud provider, or another app are handled by that provider. Importing a backup reads the file you select into local app storage.

Device or cloud backups are controlled by your platform and backup settings. iQStax does not operate those backup services or access your Apple or Google account. Removing app data does not remove copies in saved exports, device backups, your photo library, or destinations where you shared it.

Web beta storage

The web beta also works without an online account. Its entries and photos are stored separately in the browser used to open iqstax.netlify.app. They do not automatically sync with the native apps or another browser. Clearing website data and deleting the native app are different actions.

App launch email list

If you join the launch list, we collect your email address, the launch platforms covered by your signup, the signup time, and a record of your consent. Two Three Ventures, LLC uses this information to send iQStax app launch and availability updates. Signing up does not create an app account or start a subscription. We store the list in a private Cloudflare database, separate from app and beta tracker entries. We do not ask for health information in this form.

We keep signup information while providing the launch updates you requested, unless you ask us to remove it sooner. Email info@myiqstax.com from the subscribed address to withdraw your consent or request removal. The signup service also uses short-lived, hashed network identifiers to limit abusive submissions; raw IP addresses are not stored in the signup database. Hosting providers may keep separate technical logs.

Optional Android app newsletter

The Android app offers an optional App news & updates signup. If you choose to join, we collect your email address, signup time, and consent in Cloudflare and use Brevo for newsletters. No email account or verification code is needed to use the app. Newsletter signup does not start a subscription or back up or synchronize your tracking records. Tracking entries and photos are not included. Unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter, or email info@myiqstax.com to withdraw consent or request deletion. We retain signup information while providing the updates you requested unless you ask us to remove it sooner.

Optional website product updates

You can separately subscribe to iQStax product updates and usage tips through our Brevo-hosted signup form. Brevo stores your email address and subscription confirmation, manages the subscriber list, and delivers confirmation and update emails for Two Three Ventures, LLC. Confirm your email using the opt-in link to join. The form provider may process technical connection and submission information to operate the service and prevent abuse. No app health records are included. Website analytics are not linked to your subscriber record.

Signing up is optional and is not required to download the app or view the tutorial. Unsubscribe using the link in an update email or contact info@myiqstax.com. We keep subscription information while providing the requested updates; limited suppression records may be retained to honor unsubscribe requests. Existing launch-list subscribers are not automatically enrolled in this separate product-updates list. The signup form opens on Brevo only when you choose its link. See Brevo’s privacy policy.

Website traffic and support email

Opening the website or beta sends ordinary connection information, such as your IP address, browser information, requested page, and request time, to the hosting provider. The marketing website uses Cloudflare and the web beta uses Netlify. Their infrastructure may process technical logs for delivery, security, and reliability. This is separate from your locally stored tracker entries.

The app’s Send feedback feature opens an email draft for you to review and send; it does not automatically attach tracking records or photos. If you send feedback or email support, we receive your email address and the information you include. Our business email uses Google Workspace. We use that correspondence to respond to your request. Do not email sensitive health information.

Advertising, sharing, and external services

The marketing website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate website usage and performance, including page views and visits. The current setting excludes visitor measurements in the European Union. This does not reveal visitors’ email addresses. This is separate from the email signup list and locally stored beta entries. We do not use this site to run advertising trackers. The current web beta does not include third-party marketing analytics scripts. We do not sell your personal information. Hosting and email providers process information needed to provide those services. Information you choose to export, email, or share is handled by the destination you select. External links are governed by the destination’s policies.

Retention, security, and your choices

Local records remain until you delete them or the device or browser removes the app’s stored data. In the iPhone app, deleting the app removes its local tracking data; offloading it preserves data. On Android, clear app storage or uninstall to remove local app data. Store purchase records are managed separately by Apple or Google Play. Local recovery copies and exported backups may retain records after individual entries are edited or deleted. They do not automatically sync across devices or browsers. Protect your device and browser profile; local storage is not a guarantee of confidentiality or a substitute for a backup. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Support correspondence and provider technical logs have separate retention from local tracker data. Contact us to request deletion of information held through support; we will explain any information that must be retained for legal or security reasons. You can ask about access, correction, or deletion at info@myiqstax.com. See the data deletion instructions.

Policy changes

We will update this page and its date when practices change. This policy describes the current app and website. If we add accounts, server storage, analytics, or other data uses, we will update the policy and request permissions or consent where required before those changes apply.
