Terms of Use & wellness notice

Last updated: October 10, 2026. These terms describe use of the iQStax iPhone and Android apps, website, and web beta from Two Three Ventures, LLC.

Personal tracking, not medical care

iQStax helps you record and review information you enter. It does not provide medical advice, diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, or recommend a medicine, supplement, peptide, dose, injection technique, or schedule. Listed items and illustrative screens are not endorsements. Follow your licensed clinician and product labeling. Do not change treatment based on an app entry, reminder, calculation, or educational description.

iQStax is not an emergency service. Seek appropriate urgent care in an emergency. Progress displays describe recorded information; they do not establish health improvement, treatment effectiveness, or safety.

Your records and reminders

Check the accuracy of entries, units, dates, and schedules. Reminders depend on browser and device support, permissions, and operating conditions; delivery is not guaranteed. Use another reliable method for time-critical reminders. You remain responsible for your records, decisions, device security, and any information you share.

Availability, trials, and subscriptions

The Android app is available on Google Play. The iPhone app is available on the App Store. The web beta is separate and does not process purchases. Features may change before release.

U.S. pricing is $4.99 USD per month or $29.99 USD per year, billed annually. Both plans renew automatically until canceled. Eligible new subscribers receive a 14-day free trial after choosing a plan and confirming the subscription through Apple or Google Play. The selected plan automatically renews at the displayed price when the trial ends unless canceled. Without an eligible trial, payment is charged at purchase confirmation. The store displays your local price, eligibility, and billing terms before purchase.

For Apple subscriptions, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current subscription period ends. For Google Play subscriptions, cancel before the trial ends or the next renewal. Manage or cancel in the store where you subscribed. See Apple’s cancellation instructions or Google Play’s cancellation instructions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

After access ends, you can read, edit, delete, export, and restore saved records. Adding new tracking entries requires an active trial or paid subscription. Joining a website launch list or an optional app newsletter does not start a trial or subscription.

Acceptable use and service limits

Use iQStax lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or upload or share information you are not entitled to use. You retain rights to the information you enter.

iQStax is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, or suitability for medical decisions. Keep a separate copy of records you need. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded. Questions about these terms can be sent to info@myiqstax.com.
